1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to the HERAXA public website and general use of HERAXA online services provided by HERARI (M) SDN. BHD. By accessing or using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Product quotations, licences, subscriptions, implementation documents or service agreements may contain additional terms that apply to a particular deployment.
2. HERAXA services
HERAXA develops digital solutions including HERAXA School Digital Signage (HERAXA SDS). Website descriptions, demonstrations and product visuals are provided for general information. Features, interfaces, hardware, deployment methods and service availability may change as products are developed or configured for a customer.
3. Accounts and authorised access
Where login credentials are issued, they are for authorised users only. Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed through their accounts. Organisations are responsible for managing who is permitted to access their HERAXA environment and should inform us promptly if unauthorised access is suspected.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, gain unauthorised access to, or misuse HERAXA systems. You must not use HERAXA services to store, upload, transmit or display content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, contains malicious software or otherwise violates applicable law.
5. Customer content
Customers and authorised users remain responsible for the images, video, audio, notices, account data and other content they upload, manage or display using HERAXA services. You should ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions and approvals for that content.
6. Intellectual property
HERAXA names, branding, website materials, software, interfaces and related intellectual property belong to HERARI (M) SDN. BHD. or the relevant rights holder. Except where expressly permitted, these materials may not be copied, modified, distributed, resold or used to create an unauthorised derivative product.
7. Pricing and quotations
Prices shown on the public website are indicative starting prices unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on hardware, installation, number of displays, configuration, licensing, cloud services, delivery, training and other deployment requirements. A formal quotation issued by HERARI (M) SDN. BHD. will govern the quoted commercial scope.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Availability can be affected by Internet connectivity, school networks, third-party hosting, hardware, maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Local and cloud functions may have different connectivity requirements.
9. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HERARI (M) SDN. BHD. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or from circumstances outside the agreed scope of a HERAXA deployment. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect product, operational or legal changes. The latest version published on this page applies to subsequent use of the public website and general online services.
