Key points schools normally want to know before requesting a demonstration or quotation.
Does HERAXA SDS require a computer connected to the TV?
No dedicated computer needs to remain connected to the display. The HERAXA application runs on the compatible TV or configured display device, while management is performed through a browser.
Does the TV need an Internet connection all the time?
Not for every local operation. Internet access is required for HERAXA Cloud functions and any feature that depends on online services. Local operation depends on the deployed network configuration.
Can the system be managed without HERAXA Cloud?
Yes. HERAXA Cloud is an optional add-on for authorised remote management. A school can use the local management environment according to its deployment.
Can several staff members manage the system?
HERAXA SDS supports role-based workflows so authorised users can be given appropriate access according to the configured deployment.
Can students submit content?
Where the relevant role is enabled, student submissions can follow an approval workflow before approved content is displayed.
Can an existing Smart TV be used?
Compatibility depends on the TV platform, hardware and deployment requirements. HERAXA can assess an existing display before confirming suitability.
Is training included?
The current complete school package includes basic user training for the relevant school staff or administrators.
Can HERAXA SDS support more than one TV?
Multi-display requirements can be assessed separately. The final configuration, licensing and quotation depend on the number of displays and deployment model.
